Romco Builders, the contractor behind this site
Romco Commercial Painting is a service of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor with its office in Fort Lauderdale, founded in 2015.
Construction is Romco's business. To us a repaint on a building people still use is a small construction project, with its own scope, order of work, lifts or stages, safety plan, inspections and handover, and we run it as one.
Every commercial building type and every size can be quoted, a lone tenant suite or a whole tower skin. The quote starts at the building: what the surfaces are made of, how worn they are, how crews get to them and who stays inside.
Romco runs no hospital, school, hotel or airport. It quotes the painting of such buildings, and the pages here describe how those jobs are run. They are not a client list.

What we will and will not say
- Romco Builders is licensed in Florida as a general contractor. Ask, and the details come with the quote.
- Romco publishes no rates. Each quote is drawn up from the building, or from photos and plans of it.
- No finish date is promised. Weather, board votes, access approvals and inspections are not ours to control, so you receive the order of work and the item each step depends on.
- Paint brands, coating warranties and certifications are not named on this site. Your building's coating system appears in its written scope.
