Send the building and what needs painting

Tell us where the building is, what gets painted, and what limits the work: tenants, guests, a board vote, an airport badge or a date. Photos are useful and plans are better. Most quotes become final only after a site walk.

A phone number or an email is enough.

Photos (up to 5, optional)

Each side of the building from the ground, plus close-ups of cracks, peeling or rust. Drawings can follow by email.

Questions

About quotes

What affects the cost of commercial painting?

No rate card exists, because two buildings are never alike. A quote is built after someone looks at the building, or at photos and plans good enough to show it. What moves it: the surface types and their wear, washing and repair needs, the coating system, how crews get to each wall, whether people are inside, and which approvals come first.

What size of painting job do you quote?

No size is too small or too large to quote. That covers a single tenant suite or storefront as readily as a Gulf-front tower, a farm packing building or an airport hangar. Tell us about the building and its surfaces, and the scope follows from that.

How long will a repaint run?

A schedule only makes sense after the walk-through. The length turns on how much surface there is, what the washing uncovers, the weather, how crews reach the walls, any approval that must come first, and the hours the building allows. In the wet season, afternoon storms are built into the plan. With those facts in hand you receive an order of work in which every dependency is named.
